We're committed to selling high-quality products but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed. We also recommend that you keep your invoice or delivery note, as you may need it in the event of any after-sales queries.
Arranging a Return
Should you wish to arrange a return please contact us by telephone on 01388 775429. Please have your account number and the date your order was placed to hand. Our Customer Service team will explain how to return the item(s) to us, let you know whether we will require any documentation (print test, diagnostic report etc) and provide you with your Returns Number (RMA Number). All RMA numbers are valid for 30 days and without which we will be unable to process your return.
Returning Faulty Items
If an item fails to operate within 30 days of purchase simply contact us as detailed above. We'll give you a replacement or a refund once the item has been returned to us and tested.
Returning Non Faulty Items
If you wish to return an item which is not faulty please contact us within 30 days of purchase as detailed above. All non faulty items must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging and in a resaleable condition. We'll exchange the item or give you a refund by placing a credit on your account. Please note, all such returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately on 01388 775429. Please also retain the original packaging for returning with your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
Short Delivery
In the extremely unlikely event that not all items of your order are received by you, you must inform us within 48hrs of receipt of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot accept claims after that time.
